Tie cake – Misya recipe

First, prepare the biscuit dough: separage the yolks from the egg whites and whip the latter until stiff with the sugar.

Add salt and hot water to the yolks and also whisk these, then incorporate oil and orange peel.

Also add the sifted flour, mix well, and lastly also incorporate the egg whites, mixing gently with a movement from the bottom up.

Distribute the mixture on the baking tray lined with parchment paper, level the surface well with a spatula and cook for 15-20 minutes or up to a light gilding in a preheated ventilated oven at 180 ° C, then take out of the oven and leave to cool.

With a little patience, cut out 3 sagome of tie equal: I designed the tie on a sheet, I cut it out and used it as a basic shape for all 3.

Place the first layer on the serving plate, cover with Nutella, then repeat with the second and third layer.

Make decorations from the leftovers of biscuit dough and use them to create a reason on the tie, alternating them with candied cherries.

The tie cake is ready, you just have to serve it.
