Trump is not willing to do business with China unless the commercial deficit is resolved
President Donald Trump On Sunday he said he is not willing to make an agreement with China unless the commercial deficit of over $ 1 trillion of dollars is first resolved.
While talking to the journalists of the Air Force One, Trump said that with some countries there is a commercial deficit of over one billion dollars, but with China it is over $ 1 trillion.
“We have a commercial deficit of $ 1 trillion with China. Hundreds of billions of dollars a year we lose in China and, unless we solve that problem, I will not make an agreement,” he said. “I am willing to make an agreement with China, but they have to solve this surplus. We have a huge problem of deficit with China … I want to solve it.”

Trump has also said that due to rates, the United States have $ 7 trillion of investments engaged when it comes to building automotive production plants, chip companies and other types of companies “, at levels that we have never seen before”.
But in terms of commercial deficits, Trump said he has spoken with many leaders in Europe and Asia, that they are “dying” to make an agreement, but as long as there are deficits, he will not do it.

“A deficit is a loss,” he said. “We will have surpluses, or, in the worst case, we will be in tie. But China would be the worst of the group because the deficit is so large and is not sustainable.
“I was elected on this,” added Trump.
