UFC: Alex Pereira denies requests for “fattening” from the Ankalaev camp

Alex Pereira denied the statements of the Magomed Ankalaev camp who was “fattening” during their fight at the UFC 313.

Pereira, 37 years old, successfully defended all 12 attempts to demolish Ankalaev in their struggle.

The defeat for Ankalaev was only the second time that Pereira lost in the UFC and concluded a winning series of five fights that saw him win UFC titles in two weight classes.

Pereira says he expects to fight Ankalaev in a revenge.

Ankalaev, 32, said on social media that the revenge had already been offered and expected to happen in August.

“Nothing has come to me yet (in terms of contract), but August is a good date,” said Pereira.

“As soon as the contract arrives, I’m signing.

“It doesn’t have to be a Knockout (in our revenge), but I feel I have enough game to do what I want with this boy.”
