UFC: Lerone Murphy surpasses Josh Emmett to stay unbeaten

Murphy used his leg game well, turning Emmett and avoiding many of his big shots while attacking with a selection of punches, elbows and kicks.

The first exchange saw an accidental clash of heads between the couple followed by an elbow of Murphy, since Emmett had the blood poured from the forehead.

While Murphy combed Emmett with kicks for the legs, the American decided to fight, and while landing a huge blow, the Manchester fighter was constantly able to quickly regret the foot when the action went to the ground.

Standing is where Murphy did his best job, keeping Emmett with side kicks at bay, kicks for the body and continuing to attack the calves.

With Emmett who becomes frustrated in not being able to get shots that change the game, Murphy has sailed the final stages of the fight safely, showing while showing his trust in victory.

During his post-commissioning interview, Murphy studied a fan pocket between the crowd that started whistling.

“16-0, easy work,” Murphy replied.

“I just had to fight my game, he is a dangerous fighter. Everyone knows that he has a knockout power in a punch. I had to fight a certain fight, it’s so simple.”
