Western Indies cricket: Kraigg Bratthwaite resigns as a test captain

Kraigg Brathwaite resigned as captain of the western Indies after three years in the role.
The 32 -year -old will deliver the captain to a replacement still without a name for the Trial Tour to three Australian Caribbean Australian matches in June and July.

The Western Indies will also have a new captain in the T20, with Shai Hope replacing Roveman Powell.

Powell had guided the T20 team since 2023, winning series of houses against India, England and South Africa.
