Why do we talk again about the reconstruction of the League?
While the Scottish game has been reasonably stable in its set for more than a decade, the same cannot be said about European football.

It could be that there are new east, west and northern championships with the three winners playing a round-robin competition for the right to play at the lower club in League Two for a place in the SPFL.
